2. Services we perform
- Recurring mowing, edging, line-trimming and blow-off, weekly or every two weeks.
- Acreage mowing with a brush hog behind the tractor, on lots from roughly one to two and a half acres.
- Hedge, shrub and Sabal palm trimming, with clippings hauled off the same day.
- Floratam St. Augustine sod patching, mulch installation and fresh bed edging.
- Overgrowth resets on lots that have gone untouched, priced after a walk-through.
3. Work we will not take, and why
We do not apply fertilizer, weed control, insecticide or fungicide. Performing that work commercially in Florida requires a limited commercial landscape maintenance certification from the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and this company does not hold one. If you need it, we will give you the name of a licensed applicator in Palm City and we accept no referral fee.
We also do not install or repair irrigation or sprinkler systems, which is licensed contracting work in this state. Mowing, trimming, hauling, sod laying and mulch installation require no state license, and that is the boundary this company operates inside. We will not top a Sabal palm, and we will not cut a tree that needs a certified arborist or a bucket truck.
4. Quotes and pricing
The rates published on the home page are real and are what we quote. Standard in-town lots are quoted on the phone. Anything over an acre, any overgrown lot, and any sod, mulch or hedge job is walked before a number is given — you do not need to be present; we measure, photograph and send the price the same evening.
A quote is good for thirty days. If the property changes materially before we start — a month of extra growth, a storm dropping limbs across the lot — we re-quote instead of surprising you on the invoice.
5. Scheduling and weather
Recurring customers get a fixed day of the week and keep it. In rainy season, roughly June through September, storms move routes by a day; when that happens you get a text. We do not run mowers on saturated ground, because a deck rutting a wet yard causes more damage than one extra day of growth.
Access is your responsibility: gates unlocked or a code given, dogs inside, vehicles clear of the area to be cut. If we arrive and cannot access the property, we will call from the street; if we cannot reach you, a trip charge of $25 applies for that visit.
6. Payment
Invoices are issued after the work is completed and are due on receipt. We accept card read over the phone and Zelle. Property management offices with an ongoing arrangement are billed on a monthly statement, net fifteen. There is no deposit for recurring mowing. Installation jobs over $600 may require materials paid up front, which will be stated in writing in the quote before anything is ordered.
No payment is ever taken through this website. If you receive a request to pay online for our services, it did not come from us — call the number on this page.
7. Our work and liability
We carry general liability insurance and a certificate is available to any customer or property manager who asks. If our crew damages something on your property — a sprinkler head clipped by a deck, a fence board, a landscape light — tell us within seventy-two hours and we repair or replace it. That has happened and we have paid for it.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions: irrigation heads set above grade, fungus or chinch bug damage present before we started, sod failing from a watering schedule outside our control, or roots and drainage problems we did not create and are not licensed to fix.
8. Ending the arrangement
Recurring mowing has no contract term. Cancel with one week’s notice by phone or email and nobody will argue about it. We may end service on the same notice, and will tell you plainly why. See the cancellation and refund page for how money already paid is handled.
9. Website content
The text, prices and photographs on kralvin.shop belong to FF Lawn Services Landscaping LLC. Prices may change; the page is updated when they do, and the price you were quoted is the price honoured. Every visitor and every search engine crawler receives the identical page at this domain — there is no redirect, no interstitial and no content that varies by device, location or user-agent.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is handled in the state courts of Martin County, Florida. Before anyone involves a court, call the number at the top of this page — in seven years, every complaint we have had has been settled in a phone call.
